The YOU-EUSAAT 2024 events are aimed at young and early-career scientists who already work or plan to work in the field of the 3Rs. We want to encourage dialogue between young scientists and accelerate scientific exchange with peers and mentors in the field to establish an innovative and robust professional network. To this end, we will provide an open and inclusive atmosphere for the exchange of scientific ideas, career experiences, and to simply have some fun!
These events are organized and supported by the Cost Action IMPROVE Young Researcher & Mentorship Committee: Annemarie Lang (TU Dresden, Germany), Fernando Gonzalez Uarquin (University Medical Center Mainz, Germany), Özge Selin Cevik (Mersin University, Turkey) and Arif Kamil Salihoglu (Karadeniz Technical University, Turkey).

Pre-Registration Meet-up for Young Scientists
Monday 18th of September; 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM; seminar room 1st floor
This is a unique opportunity for first-time attendees and other young scientists to connect, ask questions, and exchange experiences. Sign up for the Pre-Registration Meet-up or spontaneously join us to get to know other young scientists right from the start. This will enhance your congress experience and ensure you are directly integrated into the 3R community.
Meet-the-Mentors during the Welcome Reception
Monday 18th of September; 20 -21 PM
Meet leading researchers in the 3R field in a relaxed and open atmosphere! There will be space for extensive research- and career-based discussions. Just grab your drink and food during the Welcome Reception and join us on the 1st floor! Drinks will also be provided on-site.
