The exhibition space is located next to the poster exhibition and coffee break areas to facilitate your interaction with participants.

Exhibition package

• Present your company in your own booth
• Size per company: approx. 2 x 3m
• Participation at the congress of 2 persons per company included
• Company logo on webpage, flyer and social media
• Tables, chairs and electricity according to your needs included
• After the congress you receive the complete list of participants including company/university/authority, name, address etc. (agreement of participant obligatory)

For sponsors

Several sponsor packages are available which could be tailored and adapted to specific needs and objectives. Dependent on the sponsor level (gold, silver, bronze), packages include exhibition space, delegate registrations, promotion materials, advertise pages in the congress final program and congress abstract book, banner placement on the congress website, roll ups at the congress venue, verbal presentation during the congress, logo placement including highlighting the sponsor level in the congress final program, congress abstract book and the congress website. In addition, congress material, social program highlights or specific sessions can be supported.

Details of how to transfer your contributions will be provided upon receipt of your financial commitments. Donations may be earmarked to cover specific expenses (e. g. covering the Congress Dinner or travel expenses of student participants) and it would be appreciated if any such conditions are mentioned and explained in your letter of commitment.
